My Energy Therapist, Mary, started to clear a lifetime of stuck emotions that have me holding on to an unhealthy amount of excess weight. She cleared and cleared, until my energy dropped too low. The past few weeks, she’s temporarily stopped this massive clearing. I was sick this past week, and it’s not good to deplete my energy when I need it to get better. In the meanwhile, some more “stuff” pops up, and Mary clears it. Lots of sabotage.
Today, we specifically used muscle testing (applied kinesthesiology) to ask my body what it needs in terms of food. I’m doing well in the categories of meat (protein), dairy, and starches. But, my body needs barley, fruit, and green leafy veggies. It was interesting to ask about different kinds of fruit, to find that my body needs a variety of tropical fruits, like pineapple, papaya, and mango; and it needs melons and berries such as blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. So, the search is on for ways to get green leafy vegetables into me, as they are my next to least favorite category of food, surpassed only by legumes.
