We are beings of energy. You don’t think so? Hook up electrodes to your heart or head and look at the energy waves.
As we go along in life, we experience hurts and disappointments. And we take in ideas about ourselves that we are bad. “You bad girl! You broke my favorite china cup! How could you?” Then we keep the programming rolling along in our head as we grow up. “What’s wrong with me that I can’t stay on this simple diet for even 3 days? I am so worthless!” And then we keep eating because we think that is what we want; when what we really want is to feel good… that we are good.
Each hurt and each disappointment and negative thing that comes our way needs to be processed and dealt with. As people, we are very good at not dealing with things that are painful. And as such, we start building up all this negativity in layers, like an onion. Our energy, that begins as pure, shiny and new, becomes covered with layer upon layer of life’s dirt and grime; layered like an onion.
Our bodies are designed to self-heal. We are supposed to be resilient. Our cuts, bruises and broken bones are supposed to heal, and usually do. But if we don’t do the work to buff up our energy, clear out the negative garbage, our beautifully designed system starts to break down. Think of chronic aches and pains, depression, and the like. These types of break-down all go back to negative energies that need to be cleared out. Cancer is a biggie, too.
The surprise comes when we finally start clearing away these layers, and we soon realize that there are more and more layers. You may go to a chiropractor to help your back. They make adjustments so that trapped negative energies are allowed to move and flow, lessening back pain. If a chiropractor is really good, they have learned how to have your body actually release negative energies. Then you feel good, with your back pain resolved.
But then, several months later, you “tweak” your back again. But it felt so good. And here I go again, doing something to aggravate it. What’s actually going on, is that you have more layers of muck to deal with. The area that was injured is still mired down and your body isn’t able to fully heal to where your back muscles are supporting your core adequately, protecting the structures from injury. You may have dealt with your parents’ divorce- that your body tucked away in your back when you were little. But there is still the time you broke up with your first love, or getting fired from that job, or things that we are not even aware of.
This is a classic example of how layers of negative energies will find an area of your body to settle in and cause pain. In the process of healing, you need to be prepared for dealing with these layers. It is well worth it.
