Hi all! I am anouncing and introducing my YouTube channel Journey 2 Spirit and Healing. This is a place where I can share videos that have taught me about spirituality, healing on the energetic level and more. I have a link to the site on my page Spirituality Videos- Watch and Learn. There are individual video clips, as well as playlists. My goal is to help you gain understanding, so you can make changes and improve your life.

I'm a mother of a creative 20 year old son, a former merchant ship's deck officer, and a wife. To feed my creative side I take photos. I am also Reiki attuned and am a student of Energy Healing, having used several healing modalities to work on myself and my family. My most recent adventure has me navigating a very challenging Kundalini Awakening.
