Some of My Favorite Tulip Photos

This year our local bulb growers are accepting visitors again. And because they are required to limit how many people can visit at once, they are selling tickets by date and time block. So if you’re local, go buy your tickets! This year I find myself physically unable to make the walk around the gardens and fields, so I’ve decided to pick a number of my favorite tulip and other bulb photos to share with you again. The number of varieties, and sizes and bloom times makes for spectacular viewing. Enjoy!

  1. Oh wow! These are absolutely stunning. It must have taken so much work to plant all of these 🙂

    • Thanks a lot. The company who plants the intricate display garden puts in about a million bulbs every single year. They have people who plan each years’ display and manage all the people who dig up the bulbs after the bloom in the late spring and plant the next year’s display in the fall. There are 2 companies in the valley that grow tulips, daffodils, and a few other bulb flowers as commercial crops. Much more fun to look at than crops of veggies or hay.

  2. I love tulips! Such amazing photos, thank you!
